1. Wholesale Procurement Policy & Order Minimums

To maintain direct manufacturer pricing, we enforce volume order criteria. Orders are managed on a container level (starting at 1x 20GP container, approximately 28-30 CBM). Clients can mix different SKUs and product categories within a single consolidated container to maintain diverse inventories without carrying excessive stockpiles of a single item. Prototyping and first article samples are verified prior to mass production deposits.

2. Quality Certification Framework

Every product category under our management is subject to strict regulatory compliance matching Australian and international trading standards. We coordinate laboratory testing and onsite inspections to secure compliance records:

• Home & Kitchen Products: Verified BPA-free material compliance, FDA, and LFGB food-contact safety tests.
• Building Materials: Audited tensile load thresholds matching AS/NZS 1252 high-tensile standards and ASTM B117 salt-spray anti-rust specifications.
