We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the thirteen Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), which govern the collection, storage, access, and sharing of personal and commercial business information. In this policy, "we," "us," or "our" refers to ATI ENTERPRISE CO PTY LTD, and "you" or "client" refers to our registered B2B partners, buyers, and visitors to our corporate portal.

2. Types of Commercial Data Collected

As a dedicated B2B trade partner, we collect data necessary to coordinate supply chains, clear customs, verify creditworthiness, and process ATO-compliant invoicing. This data includes:

  • Corporate Identification Details: Registered Business Name, Trading Name, Australian Business Number (ABN), Australian Company Number (ACN), business registration certificates, and director identifications.
  • Contact Information: Company street address, Sydney/regional delivery warehouses, office phone numbers, WhatsApp sourcing handles, and verified business emails.
  • Import-Export Documentation: Commercial invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, HS codes, Certificates of Origin, biosecurity declarations, and import permit documents.
  • Financial & Credit Data: Bank account numbers, trade credit applications, Letter of Credit (L/C) files, transaction histories, and financial statements.

3. Sourcing Requests Processing & Customs Disclosures

We process collected data to fulfill our B2B contractual agreements. Information is disclosed to regulatory bodies, shipping lines, and subcontractors only as legally required to clear border controls:

All client records are stored in secure cloud systems utilizing AES-256 encryption. Sourcing blueprints and commercial blueprints are protected by strict security rules. Since our supply chain links Australia and China, client data (such as product CAD drawings and packaging dimensions) is shared with our audited Chinese manufacturing plants in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Guangdong. We enforce strict NDAs with all Chinese partners to prevent unauthorized sharing of blueprints.

5. Rights Under the Privacy Act 1988

Australian clients hold specific rights under the Privacy Act to review and correct their stored profiles:

  • Right to Correction: We update files within 5 business days upon receiving verified corrections.
  • Complaints Resolution: Sourcing managers handle privacy disputes directly. If unresolved, disputes can be escalated to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
